Brian started Concept Companies October of 2004 with Concept Construction. After successfully completing numerous residential, commercial and industrial projects in various parts of the U.S., Brian began investing in real estate, which led to the birth of Concept Development in 2009. Since then, Brian has been responsible for developing over 150 commercial projects in Florida totaling approximately 2 million square feet. Brian is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states, Florida Roofing Contractor, and Florida Real Estate Agent.

Matt joined Concept in 2009 as a Director of Construction. After three years at that position, Matt transitioned into Director of Development. Matt’s extensive construction knowledge is an invaluable asset. He has a keen eye for recognizing key development issues in the planning phase complimented by the knowledge of how to properly resolve issues before they become real problems. He is a licensed Florida Building Contractor and Real Estate Agent. Matt oversees and has an active role in site selection and presenting properties to clients for approval, and serves to ensure that projects stay on their critical paths through the acquisition and permitting/ entitlement process.

Prior to joining Concept Companies in June 2016 as its Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy served as Vice President of Operations for a national association of certified public accounting and consulting firms. His professional background includes public accounting experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting; private industry experience in real estate consulting and sales; and non-profit board service. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Seth Joined concept in 2016 as Director of Development. With a Masters in Building Construction and a Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Florida, Seth has experience on all sides of the real estate development process. As a developer, consultant, and broker, Seth brings over 12 years of commercial real estate experience to the team.

Al has been a licensed professional since 1979, having become a Professional Engineer as well as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in both Florida and Wisconsin. Al joined Concept Companies in early 2012, and his professional experience includes acting as the signing/sealing surveyor for the Shands Cancer Hospital Complex and Engineer for the Shands at AGH demolition plan.

Eric received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from University of North Florida and has held his Florida Real Estate License since 1997. Eric began working with Concept Companies in 2013 as an Acquisitions Manager. In 2015, Eric became the Director of Real Estate and is responsible for site selection, coordination of efforts of real estate brokers, land planners, engineers, and government agencies to begin the project life cycle. Eric supports business development by fostering relationships with potential investors, partners, and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Dylan joined Concept Companies as a Real Estate Manager in early 2017. As a licensed real estate broker for the last 13 years Dylan has experience facilitating a variety of real estate transactions in commercial, land, residential, leases, and new construction projects. In his current role with Concept, Dylan is responsible for business development, site selection for multiple retail clients, and managing build-to-suit projects from conception to completion. Dylan’s communication skills and knowledge of the entitlement/permitting process guarantees project efficiency and overall success for his clients.

Ashley received her Bachelor's Degree in Transportation and Logistics from the University of North Florida. Ashley joined Twenty20 Development in 2018 as administrative support to the VP of Real Estate + Development and Real Estate Managers where she facilitates information between management and production teams. She assists team members in the development of products requested by clients and maintains the database crucial to the successful operations of Twenty20 Development and other Concept divisions. Ashley was a collegiate level athlete and continues as an Elite Obstacle Course Racer.

Rob joined Twenty20 Development in early 2020 as a Real Estate Manager focused on business development, market analysis, site selection, and managing build-to-suit projects from conception to completion. Since 2003, Rob has closed over $200 million in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions across the country. This experience helps him maneuver through the sometimes unpredictable process of entitlements, permitting, and development.
