In 2015, Twenty20 Development’s parent company, Concept Companies, entered the biotech arena with its purchase of Foundation Park from the University of Florida Foundation. By acquiring this Master Planned development of 180,000 square feet of specialized office and laboratory space, Concept embarked upon the implementation UFF’s vision for a regionally integral life sciences business park for those companies ready to graduate from the Sid Martin Biotechnology Incubator and occupy space built to their specific needs. Twenty20 was the Developer on the four-phase project, which started with the construction of a 42,460 square foot state of the art facility for Applied Genetics Technologies Corporation (AGTC).
